Tyler’s model is per-module SaaS plus hourly professional services plus a separate hardware purchase. At the 130-vehicle tier, the Allen ISD contract shows roughly $118K in year-one software (base modules plus the hourly customization typically needed to fill gaps between modules), per board-approved public contracts. On top of that, hardware runs $1,050 per driver tablet plus $290 per mount — before installation, RFID readers, and shipping.
